• You agree to provide accurate information when customizing stories so that we can deliver the best product possible.
• Any content you upload (like your child's photo) must belong to you or you must have the right to use it.

Purchases & Subscriptions

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders for digital formats are fulfilled instantly; physical books are produced and shipped within the timelines communicated during checkout.
• All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellations

• We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases, as each story is custom-created specifically for your child.
• However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your personalized story, we will redo it at no extra cost to ensure you're completely satisfied.
• To request a quality redo, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your digital story or hardbound book with specific concerns about the quality.
• Our goal is to ensure every customer is delighted with their personalized story experience.

Shipping and Delivery

• Digital stories are delivered instantly within 10 minutes via SMS and email after your order is placed.
• Premium hardbound books are carefully crafted and shipped within 7-10 business days across India.
• We provide free shipping for all physical book orders within India.
• You will receive tracking information once your hardbound book is dispatched.
• For any delivery issues or delays beyond the promised timeline, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Intellectual Property

• Story content, artwork, and platform assets are owned by Mitra Stories and protected by copyright.
• We grant you a personal license to use the storybooks you purchase for non-commercial household use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use Mitra Stories content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized activity.
• Respect other users and our team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our services.
• Ensure the information you submit does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
